🔄 Return Eligibility

At Kindood, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with the original packaging intact.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

• A proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or invoice) is required for processing.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Items marked as final sale.

• Opened or used personal care products.

• Customized or made-to-order items.

🔁 Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund. To speed up the process, you may be asked to send us images of the item and packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected:
